1. Acknowledge your anger and hurt. it is very real and Allah knows it is there. 2. Realize that holding on to this pain only holds you back. 3. Conciously let go of any need for revenge. 4. Consider the source of your pain, put yourself in their shoes. 5. Pray earnestly for those who hurt you, asking Allah to heal the wounds that cause them to wound others. 6.
